Teel Time: Episode 50
On the 50th episode of Teel Time, David Teel and Jonathan Heeter chat about the new landscape for college basketball after the NCAA handed down some rule changes.
The new rules regarding NBA Draft eligibility and player-agent interactions have drawn most of the attention, but Teel believes the penalties for rules violations deserves discussion.
We talk about the recent turmoil at Maryland following the death of offensive lineman Jordan McNair, who died in June following a team workout.
As the season draws closer, how have Virginia and Virginia Tech fared in fall practice, and have the storylines changed since the start of practice?
And we wrap up with golf talk and the PGA Championship. Tiger Woods' performance and Brooks Koepka's win at Bellerive made for quite the story. Koepka now has three majors since June 2017. Teel asks who's more likely to win a major in 2019: Woods or Koepka.
