Teel Time: Episode 56
On episode 56 of the Teel Time podcast, David Teel and Jonathan Heeter chat about Old Dominion's jaw-dropping upset over Virginia Tech.
The Monarchs' win over the Hokies may have changed the calculus for both schools this season. ODU started the season 0-3, but does this change the Monarchs' fortunes for the rest of the season? The Hokies, meanwhile, suffered one of their biggest upsets in school history. In the aftermath, Virginia Tech dismissed its top pass rusher Trevon Hill and found out quarterback Josh Jackson would be out for the foreseeable future with an injured leg.
Teel projects how the personnel developments will affect the Hokies going forward, beginning with this week's important league game against undefeated Duke.
Virginia is coming off an impressive and dominant win over Louisville. The Cavaliers face their own stiff road test this week at N.C. State.
The guys close the show chatting about Tiger Woods' win at the Tour Championship and the upcoming Ryder Cup.
Music: Slow Burn by Kevin MacLeod.
