Teel Time: Episode 73
On Episode 73 of the Teel Time podcast, David Teel and Jonathan Heeter continue to talk about Virginia Tech's tumultuous football offseason.
Since the last episode, the Hokies' 2019 quarterback competition was halved as Josh Jackson and Hendon Hooker both announced they were transferring. With just two scholarship quarterbacks on the roster - Ryan Willis and Quincy Patterson -- where do the Hokies go from here?
Meanwhile, Virginia Tech basketball picked up a road win at Miami but standout guard Justin Robinson sustained an injury. The Hokies were already thin on depth, so how with Robinson's injury affect the Hokies?
And Virginia picked up a road overtime win against N.C. State, and the Cavaliers have just one game (a home contest vs. Miami) before back-to-back games against Duke and North Carolina.
We also briefly chat about the Super Bowl.

Teel Time: Episode 69
On the latest episode of the Teel Time podcast, David Teel and Jonathan Heeter talk about the bowl season and how the ACC fared in their matchups.
Virginia closed the season with a bang with a shutout win over South Carolina in the Belk Bowl. Can this be a stepping stone to bigger things for the Cavaliers?
Virginia Tech's bowl experience didn't end as well as the Hokies lost to Cincinnati in the Military Bowl. The loss sent the Hokies to their first losing season since 1992.
The guys break down the rest of the ACC bowl season, chat about the College Football Playoff and discuss the national championship matchup between Alabama and Clemson.
Teel also walks us through the ACC basketball season to this point. He lets us know when Virginia could lose, and whether or not Virginia Tech is poised for its best finish ever in the ACC.
