Teel Time: Episode 73
On Episode 73 of the Teel Time podcast, David Teel and Jonathan Heeter continue to talk about Virginia Tech's tumultuous football offseason.
Since the last episode, the Hokies' 2019 quarterback competition was halved as Josh Jackson and Hendon Hooker both announced they were transferring. With just two scholarship quarterbacks on the roster - Ryan Willis and Quincy Patterson -- where do the Hokies go from here?
Meanwhile, Virginia Tech basketball picked up a road win at Miami but standout guard Justin Robinson sustained an injury. The Hokies were already thin on depth, so how with Robinson's injury affect the Hokies?
And Virginia picked up a road overtime win against N.C. State, and the Cavaliers have just one game (a home contest vs. Miami) before back-to-back games against Duke and North Carolina.
We also briefly chat about the Super Bowl.
